1. By accessing or using the Mainland Pool Service LLC website and/or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website and/or services.

2. Services

1. Mainland Pool Service LLC provides pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial properties. As well as refinishing services.

2. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Payment

1. Our regular weekly invoices are a NET30.  If you wish to be billed monthly, then invoices are a NET10. All major repairs and refinishes are due upon receipt. Depending on the work performed, deposits may be required.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. To cancel or put services on hold, please send an email to billing@mainlandpoolservice.com. Please allow for at least a one week notice when trying to cancel services.

5. Liability

1. Mainland Pool Service LLC is not liable for any damage to property or injuries sustained during the provision of services.

2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety of pets and children during service appointments.

6. Customer Responsibilities

1. Customers are responsible for providing access to the pool area at the scheduled service time.

2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the pool area is free from hazards and obstacles that may impede service.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content included on the Mainland Pool Service LLC website, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mainland Pool Service LLC and protected by copyright laws.

8. Privacy

1. Mainland Pool Service LLC respects the privacy of its customers and website visitors. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

1. Mainland Pool Service LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
